Opening a Curfex Business Account

An email titled “Email Verification” is sent to your nominated email address. Input the verification code provided in the email. This is to ensure that the email provided is valid and we would be able to contact you through email.

If you did not receive the email in your Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Alternatively, you can click “Resend verification code” and we will send you a new one.

Fill in your shareholder details.

If there’s more than one (1) shareholder, click on “+ Add Another Shareholder”.

Upload the following company documents in the designated upload box.
1) Certificate of Historic Matters (the issuance date must be within the last 6 months)
2) Shareholder Register
3) Authorisation Letter authorising Company Representative to act on the company’s behalf on matters in relation to Curfex.

As Curfex is a registered money transfer operator with the Kanto Financial Bureau, we are required by the regulators to collect your company document(s) to verify its identity. All the documents and information you provide to us are encrypted and secure.

Review the information provided.

If there’s any information that needs editing, click on “Edit” on the right of each section.

Scan the QR on screen with your mobile phone to complete the e-Verification process. You will be using the camera on your mobile phone to capture images of the documents required as well as provide us with Selfies of yourself.

After scanning the QR code, choose the documents you wish to provide for the e-verification process.

Read the instructions carefully and click “Take Photo” to proceed.

Fit your document within the frame and take a photo. Review the photo taken to ensure that the photo is clear and all details are legible.

If the photo is of good quality, click “Yes, the Photo is Clear” at the bottom to proceed. If you need to retake the photo, click “Retake” on the top left corner and it will bring you back to the previous screen.

Read the instructions carefully and click “Take Photo” to proceed.

Fit your face within the frame and take a photo. Review the photo taken to ensure that the photo is clear and your facial features are visible.

If the photo is of good quality, click “Yes, the Photo is Clear” at the bottom to proceed.

If you need to retake the photo, click “Retake” on the top left corner and it will bring you back to the previous screen.
