Step 1 Login Details Login details

Select "Business" in the Sign Up window

Input your email address: this email address will be used as your username to identify you when you login.

Pro tip

Your password must consist of

- Minimum of 8 characters

- at least 1 uppercase letter

- at least 1 lowercase letter

- at least 1 number

Email verification

An email titled ?Email Verification? is sent to your nominated email address. Input the verification code provided in the email. This is to ensure that the email provided is valid and we would be able to contact you through email.

If you did not receive the email in your Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Alternatively, you can click Resend verification code and we will send you a new one.

Step 2 Person in Charge Details

Pick an avatar that best represents you.

Fill in your personal details so that we can set up your profile.

Pro tip

You will be prompted to provide a Company Authorisation Letter if the Person in Charge is not a Company Director. This letter must be signed by a Company Director to indicate authorisation.

Fill in your company?s details so that we can set up the profile.

Step 4 Beneficial Ownership Details

Fill in your beneficial ownership details.

If there?s more than one (1) beneficial owner, click ?+ Add Another Beneficial Owner.?

Step 5 Review

Review the information provided.

If there?s any information that needs editing, click on ?Edit? on the right of each section.

Step 6 e-Verification

Initiate-Verification

Scan the QR on screen with your mobile phone to complete the e-Verification process. You will be using the camera on your mobile phone to capture images of the documents required as well as provide us with Selfies of yourself.

If you are unsure of how to scan a QR code, check out our guide on How to scan a QR code . Alternatively, you can click ?Send link? and an email with the link will be sent to you. Please click on the link on your mobile phone.

As Fukupochi is a registered money transfer operator with the Kanto Financial Bureau, we are required by the regulators to collect your personal document(s) to verify your identity. All the documents and information you provide to us are encrypted and secure.

Document Verification

Read the instructions carefully and click ?Take Photo? to proceed.

Fit your document within the frame and take a photo. Review the photo taken to ensure that the photo is clear and all details are legible.

If the photo is of good quality, click ?Yes, the Photo is Clear? at the bottom to proceed. If you need to retake the photo, click ?Retake? on the top left corner and it will bring you back to the previous screen.

Pro tip: Frame it right Please note that if your documents are not of good quality, we will request for you to retake them which will cause delays in your account activation process.

Selfie Verification

Fit your face within the frame and take a photo. Review the photo taken to ensure that the photo is clear and your facial features are visible.

If the photo is of good quality, click ?Yes, the Photo is Clear? at the bottom to proceed.

If you need to retake the photo, click ?Retake? on the top left corner and it will bring you back to the previous screen.

Step 7 Complete

Do a final review of all the photos taken. To retake a photo, click on that photo to enlarge and confirm retake, you will then be redirected to the photo taking page.

If the photos are all good to go, click ?Submit? to complete the e-verification process.

Congratulations, you have completed our registration!

We will endeavour to review the application as soon as possible. If all the information submitted are in order, you will receive an email once your account is activated and ready for you to perform your first transaction. This process should take less than 2 hours.

*If additional address verification is required (for example, when the PIC is not the representative director), the review process may take significantly longer.
