Scan the QR on screen with your mobile phone to complete the e-Verification process. You will be using the camera on your mobile phone to capture images of the documents required as well as provide us with Selfies of yourself.

If you are unsure of how to scan a QR code, check out our guide on  How to scan a QR code . Alternatively, you can click ?Send link? and an email with the link will be sent to you. Please click on the link on your mobile phone.

As Fukupochi is a registered money transfer operator with the Kanto Financial Bureau, we are required by the regulators to collect your personal document(s) to verify your identity. All the documents and information you provide to us are encrypted and secure.

After scanning the QR code, choose the documents you wish to provide for the e-verification process.
Useful Tip There?s a few different combinations of documents that you can choose to provide for both Japanese and non-Japanese nationals. Please have the documents ready for a smoother e-verification process.

When uploading your photo identification cards, we will require the following:

Fit your document within the frame and take a photo. Review the photo taken to ensure that the photo is clear and all details are legible.

If the photo is of good quality, click ?Yes, the Photo is Clear? at the bottom to proceed. If you need to retake the photo, click ?Retake? on the top left corner and it will bring you back to the previous screen.
Pro tip: Frame it right Please note that if your documents are not of good quality, we will request for you to retake them which will cause delays in your account activation process.

If the photo is of good quality, click ?Yes, the Photo is Clear? at the bottom to proceed.

If you need to retake the photo, click ?Retake? on the top left corner and it will bring you back to the previous screen.

Do a final review of all the photos taken. To retake a photo, click on that photo to enlarge and confirm retake, you will then be redirected to the photo taking page.

If the photos are all good to go, click ?Submit? to complete the e-verification process.

Congratulations, you have completed our registration!

We will endeavour to review the application as soon as possible. If all the information submitted are in order, you will receive an email once your account is activated and ready for you to perform your first transaction. This process should take less than 2 hours.
